Milani Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning is Vancouver's largest plumbing, heating and air conditioning company. We are seeking a Fulltime Data Entry Clerk to support our team in our Burnaby office.

We are looking to fill this open position immediately, and we require people with great attention to detail.

Job Duties:

  • Reconciling any discrepancies in inventory data;
  • Scanning invoices into the CRM system
  • Entering data in inventory management system;
  • Running reports using Microsoft Access
  • Assisting with other accounting and administrative activities.

Successful candidates must:

  • Have a great attention to detail.
  • Have excellent computer skills and typing speed
  • Be an expert multi-tasker
  • Speak English
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Experience in accounting is an asset;
