We are currently looking to expand our team with the addition of an
Engagement Manager.
Role Overview:
- Lead and manage multiple client engagements end-to-end, ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes, exceptional client experiences, and sustainable results.
- Build and deepen strategic relationships with executive-level client stakeholders (VP/SVP level and above).
- Drive new business development, including identifying growth opportunities, leading proposal development, and closing follow-on work.
- Shape client strategies by leading analysis, formulating recommendations, and translating insights into strategic roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams including Consultants and Analysts, creating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and learning.
- Contribute to the firm's internal thought leadership, develop innovative IP, and actively participate in shaping Disruptive Edge's strategic direction.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting or innovation advisory, including experience managing multiple engagements and clients.
- Proven track record of leading client engagements with measurable impact and strong client satisfaction.
- Experience crafting and leading workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, synthesizing insights, and developing strategic recommendations.
- Knowledge of innovation frameworks, user research, and strategic prototyping. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Google Suite, SurveyMonkey, and financial modelling tools.
- Strong understanding of business development processes, including proposals, SOWs, pricing, and contract structuring.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or other advanced degree is a strong asset.
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid role based in Toronto, which requires domestic and international travel for client and company events.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada and able to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
- Reports to Associate Partner.
Compensation:
- Base salary is between CAD$125,000 and CAD$140,000, plus performance-based incentives.
