What You'll Do

As a Home Comfort Specialist (HCS), you will:

• Attend pre-booked appointments (some evenings/weekends as needed to support customer schedules)
• Self-generate additional leads through referrals, networking, and customer relationship building
• Conduct in-home assessments to understand customer needs and provide tailored comfort solutions
• Clearly explain product options, pricing, rebates, and financing programs
• Build trust by recommending the right solution—not the most expensive one
• Follow up with prospects, close deals, and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Represent Gandy Installations with professionalism and integrity at every visit

Ideal Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience (HVAC sales preferred but not required)
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products, promotions, and processes
• Reliable vehicle & valid driver's licence
• Ability to pass a criminal record check

Pay: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
