About the RoleFloat is on a mission to help Canadian businesses take control of their spending - and as we grow, we're investing in smarter, more scalable marketing. We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to be a strategic partner to our marketing leadership team and help us build the operational engine that powers efficient, data-driven growth.
This role isn't just about reporting results - it's about shaping them. You'll bring deep marketing knowledge, strong analytical thinking, and a systems mindset to help us understand what's working, where to invest next, and how to scale our marketing efforts with precision.
What You'll DoServe as a strategic thought partner to marketing leadership - designing solutions and frameworks that help scale marketing's impact
Own the marketing operations roadmap, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and performance visibility
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategy and decision making across channels, audiences, and customer lifecycle
Drive deeper channel ROI analysis, helping to optimize budget allocation and maximize pipeline contribution
Build and maintain robust attribution and influence models to understand the full impact of marketing across the customer journey
Act as a strategic partner to the lifecycle marketing across the entire customer journey. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales and CS to create a unified view of pre- and post-sale customer behavior
Design and implement early alert systems to detect campaign underperformance or changes in leading indicators
Lead strategy and design of the marketing tech stack. Partner closely on implementation of marketing systems and integrations across Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot, Segment, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and intent data platforms

Have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth, or analytics roles - ideally in fast-paced B2B SaaS or startup environments
Have experience in both Product Led and Sales Led Go To Market motions
Are data fluent - you're comfortable writing SQL, building in spreadsheets, and telling stories with data
Have hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Segment, Google Analytics, and product analytics tools like Mixpanel (Braze experience is a bonus)
Have supported the entire customer lifecycle, including post-sale engagement and retention
Can both architect and execute - whether building it yourself or working closely with systems and analytics teams to bring your vision to life
Are proactive, curious, and energized by solving complex problems in new ways
