The Estate Cleaner plays an important role in ensuring our property, offices, and guest spaces reflect the exceptional standards that define Quails' Gate. You'll be part of a supportive team that keeps our estate immaculate and welcoming for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain offices, hospitality, and operational areas
  • Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize restrooms and high-touch surfaces
  • Empty garbage, recycling, and maintain organized storage areas
  • Safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals and maintain equipment
  • Restock supplies and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
  • Some Travel to Kelowna is required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of commercial or residential cleaning experience
  • Driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable, adaptable, and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
