You'll love your position as an Accounting Analyst:

  • Accounts payables postings, reconciliation and payments for assigned location
  • Verification of all deal paperwork and postings
  • Help ensure all deals are received by the month end cut-off
  • Preparing and reconciling schedules of assigned balance sheet accounts
  • Organizing and filing financial documents
  • Other accounting responsibilities as assigned

We'd love to hear from you, if:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in an accounting function
  • Previous dealership and PBS experience is an asset
  • Pursuing a CPA designation is an asset
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Open to work flexible hours with month end, year end, etc.
  • Detail oriented, organized and agile
  • G driver's license and a clean abstract
