About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll support the sales team by developing visually compelling designs on our full range of reusable products. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager, but will also work alongside our Design Lead, Customer Success, and Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client goals and design polished, visually engaging presentation decks that support clear storytelling.
  • Participate in client meetings to gather feedback and provide guidance when needed,
  • Design artwork and visual concepts, while ensuring all materials follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
  • Prepare final print ready files for print, web, or vendor delivery.
  • Set up digital app experience.
  • Develop sales tools including brochures, one-pagers, product sheets, proposal templates, infographics, and digital graphics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and success teams to produce content for campaigns, social media, email marketing, and other promotional initiatives.
  • Maintain a design library of assets, templates, and branded resources.

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Canva, or presentation tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and adapt to feedback from sales and marketing stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience creating product artwork or packaging designs.
  • Experience designing marketing campaign assets or sales enablement materials.
  • Advanced presentation design skills.
  • Motion graphics experience.
  • Illustration or iconography design skills.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8 hours day (Flex-time Policy - Flexible start and end time)
  • Minimum 3 days/per week in office required
