Job Overview
The Lab Co located in Queen W is a busy Skin and Laser Studio offering Eyelash Extensions (Hybrid and Volume) and Lift Lifts. We are looking for a Part Time Lash Artist to join us evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Consult with clients to determine their desired look and recommend appropriate services.
- Providing a welcoming environment where guests feel at ease
- Ability to operate in a fast paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
Skills
- Min of 2 years experience with lash exensions (Hybrid and Volume). Experience with Lash Lifts, Brow Laminations and Teeth Whitening is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Remaining calm and helpful
- A genuine people person who enjoys the company of others, we want our guests to look forward to coming to their appts.
- Ability to take constructive criticism and grow from it
- Effective communication skills to clearly convey information and recommendations to clients.
Wage $20/hr plus 5% commission and tips
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
