What You'll Do

  • Design floral arrangements quickly, consistently, and with skill
  • Take customer orders using our POS system
  • Prep flowers, restock, clean, and keep work areas organized
  • Wrap arrangements and prepare them for delivery
  • Support customers with kindness, accuracy, and professionalism

We value experienced designers who understand how a shop operates and can keep up with seasonal volume.

Compensation

  • Starting at 18 per hour for assistant level
  • Up to 22 per hour based on experience, skill level, and years working as a florist
