Head of Operations & Client Success (Impact Manager)

We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Head of Operations & Client Success (Impact Manager) to serve as the operational heartbeat of Kindler & Company, helping our growing team deliver high-impact experiences to leaders worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing
Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, the Head of Operations & Client Success (Impact Manager) will be responsible for:
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar and priorities, protecting time for deep work and key relationships.
- Oversee inbox triage and follow-up communication, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.Prepare meeting agendas, background materials, and track actions to completion.Serve as a trusted partner and gatekeeper, keeping the CEO focused on high-value work.
Operations & Team Coordination
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Client Development to streamline internal workflows.
- Maintain and optimize tools such as CRM, project trackers, and shared systems.
- Maintain and automate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support scale and consistency.
- Coordinate proposals, reporting, and campaign logistics to keep projects on track.
- Support internal communication, ensuring clarity and alignment across the business.
- Begin developing HR practices — onboarding, documentation, and company policies.
About You
- You have 5+ years of experience in operations, client success, or executive support within a fast-moving business.
- You're a systems thinker — able to see the big picture while managing the details.
- You're tech-savvy, comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, (or similar project management systems), and CRMs.
- You have exceptional communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal.
- You're known for taking ownership, anticipating needs, and following through.
- You thrive in an environment where no two days are the same — and you enjoy building structure as the company scales.
- You care deeply about client experience and take pride in delivering excellence every time.

- Location: Remote, with occasional in-person meetings and events (Toronto-based)

Base Salary: $80,000 CAD annually
