Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure infrastructure and application designs meet security standards.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and vendors on secure cloud, endpoint, and network integration.
  • Conduct threat and risk assessments; identify improvements to current environments.
  • Lead and advise on information security architecture, frameworks, and compliance.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend suitable controls.
  • Support governance, compliance, and security operations initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Solutions Architecture and/or IT Design.
  • Availability to work 100% onsite
    in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Strongly Preferred / Scored Skills:

  • Experience with
    government or large enterprise IT environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of
    ISO 27001
    or equivalent frameworks.
  • Experience with
    DevSecOps
    , automation, and multiple architecture methodologies.
  • Proven work across the
    full solution lifecycle
    – from strategy to implementation.
  • Certifications such as
    TOGAF, SABSA
    , or similar (asset).
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or formal IT design methodology training.
  • Strong leadership in incident/problem management and cross-team collaboration.
