Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  • Assist in menu planning and development of new pizza offerings.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
  • Participate in training new kitchen staff as needed.
  • Qualifications
  • Mandatory
  • Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a pizza or fast-casual restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
  • Excellent cooking skills with attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Experience in menu planning or culinary arts education.
  • Familiarity with dietary restrictions and dietary department experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
