True Balance Longevity Inc. is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to elevate our brand presence and drive creative excellence across all our wellness and medical aesthetics platforms. This role is perfect for a design-forward marketer who understands the premium aesthetics market and can translate our clinical expertise into visually stunning campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Lead marketing strategy and execution across our three locations and two brands
  • Create high-end graphic designs that reflect our premium positioning in the wellness and medical aesthetics space
  • Maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh, creative approaches to campaigns
  • Develop compelling visual content for digital platforms, social media, print materials, and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with our medical team to communicate complex wellness concepts through accessible, elegant design
  • Manage marketing timelines and deliverables with meticulous attention to detail

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Strong graphic design portfolio showcasing high-end, polished work (portfolio submission is mandatory)
  • Exceptional eye for detail with experience in premium brand aesthetics
  • Proven ability to adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining design consistency across multiple platforms
  • Expert knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Understanding of marketing strategy and campaign development

Assets:

  • Experience leveraging AI tools for creative ideation and efficiency
  • Background in healthcare, wellness, or luxury brand marketing
  • Photography and video editing skills
  • Social media content creation expertise
