You will be DNOW's front line of contact with our customers giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships and showcase your attention to customer service. A strong work ethic and a sense of community involvement shows that you care, you do what it takes, and you're accountable.

What you will bring:

  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License and acceptable Driver's Abstract.
  • Forklift experience is preferred.
  • Previous warehouse and customer service experience is an asset.
  • Personal organization and life management
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (Drug, alcohol, and fitness to work)

What you will do:

  • Provide premiere customer service internally and externally.
  • Pick sales and stock orders and prepare for shipment or delivery.
  • Prepare, process, and maintain records and paperwork for orders and shipments.
  • Lifting, lowering, and carrying packages that typically weight of 35 lbs.
  • Participate in physical inventory including communicating on discrepancies.
  • Load, unload trucks, and receive stock while ensuring orders are correct.
  • Deliver and pick up materials in a timely manner to designated sites.
  • Process order information in our internal system timely.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary warehouse and perform various housekeeping duties.
  • Demonstrate safety, accuracy, and attention to detail while following DNOW safety policies and procedures.
  • Be an effective team player, and able to work independently, along with the willingness to take on challenges in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment.
  • Maintain delivery vehicles to ensure safe operation of vehicle.
