- Comfort with technology and computers—you'll work daily with VR equipment, booking systems, and multiple tech platforms (this is essential)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high stress, fast paced situations
- Experience with Facebook and Instagram for business marketing
- Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions
- Reliable transportation St Albert Trail, Edmonton)

The Right Fit
We're looking for someone who's outgoing, quick to learn, and genuinely enjoys working with people. You should thrive in a fast paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. We appreciate honest communication and welcome team members who aren't afraid to speak up, share ideas, or even respectfully disagree when they see a better approach. Integrity and a team first attitude are essential.
What We Offer
You'll join a close knit, passionate team at an award winning venue committed to inclusivity and exceptional service. This role offers the opportunity to grow, learn, and make a meaningful impact on both our guest experiences and team culture every day.
