Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about financial accuracy? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision and data integrity drive decision-making? Canada One Auto is hiring an Accounting & Reporting Coordinator to join our Head Office Finance Team.

As our organization prepares for significant growth, this role will play a key part in supporting scalable financial reporting, data auditing, and performance tracking across our dealership network. You'll work closely with Finance Managers and leadership to ensure all reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with company objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Gather, consolidate, and reconcile financial and operational data from DMS, CRM, and F&I systems.

  • Audit data for accuracy and consistency across multiple reporting sources.

  • Maintain and update Power BI dashboards and Excel-based financial reports.

  • Assist with month-end reporting, variance analysis, and data preparation for leadership review.

  • Support Finance Managers with deal tracking, reconciliations, and performance summaries.

  • Collaborate with the Accounting team to streamline reporting processes and ensure data integrity.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all financial documentation and reporting activities.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong accounting foundation with experience in financial reporting or data reconciliation.

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros) and proficiency with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

  • Familiarity with DMS systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Dealertrack is an asset.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a process-driven approach.

  • Previous experience in automotive retail, dealership accounting, or finance operations is preferred.
