Position Overview

We are looking for a caring and energetic After School Care Educator to join our team This role provides lunch coverage in our 3–5-year-old program and leads after school programming for school-aged children. The ideal candidate is creative, patient, and passionate about working with children in a positive and structured environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide lunch coverage for the 3–5-year-old classroom, supporting routines and transitions.
  • Plan and facilitate engaging after school activities that promote creativity, teamwork, and fun.
  • Supervise children to ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and families.
  • Support program routines, including snack time, outdoor play, and cleanup.
  • Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and center policies.
