As an AI Solutions Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of applied AI workflows, customer needs, and insight delivery. You'll use Klue's AI systems to build agent-driven workflows that turn complex data into accurate and impactful competitive insights.
Your mission? To design and refine AI-powered insight workflows that customers rely on to understand their competitors and win more deals. You'll champion AI solution quality, partner with GTM and Product teams, and help shape how Klue delivers value. When customers win because of the insights you helped create, you win too.

You'll master prompt design, workflow configuration, and multi-agent orchestration, becoming highly skilled in the tooling and design patterns that make AI solutions work in the real world.
You'll see a clear impact on customer value while strengthening your ability to translate business problems into AI-powered solutions. Working closely with Product and Engineering, you'll play a meaningful role in shaping how Klue delivers insights at scale.
As you excel, you'll gain opportunities for expanded ownership, more complex workflow design, and growth into AI solutions, product-adjacent, or senior technical customer-facing roles.
What You'll Do- AI Workflow Ownership: Lead the end-to-end design, build, and deployment of AI agent workflows that convert customer and market data into accurate, timely insights. Work with internal teams and customers through discovery, workflow definition, testing, and rollout to ensure every solution delivers consistent value.
- Customer Discovery & Alignment: Conduct deep discovery with customers and internal stakeholders to uncover insight needs, business goals, data requirements, and success criteria that shape each AI-driven workflow.
- Prompting, Schema Design & QA: Create and refine prompts, output schemas, guardrails, and evaluation criteria to ensure raw data is consistently processed into trustworthy, relevant insights. Perform rigorous QA to validate accuracy, relevance, and alignment to customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on requirements, address edge cases, maintain accurate internal documentation, and ensure smooth rollout and adoption.
- Continuous Optimization: Improve agent workflows through rapid iteration, automation, model evaluation, and performance monitoring. Resolve inconsistencies and identify opportunities for quality or cost improvements.
- Growth & Development: Invest in your own mastery of AI systems, expanding your expertise in agent design, prompting, discovery, and customer communication while contributing to the evolution of Klue's AI solutions practice.

Must Haves:
- Experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents or agentic workflows.
- Strong prompt engineering skills, including schema/JSON structure design.
- Familiarity with automation, orchestration, or workflow tooling used to configure AI-driven systems.
- Ability to meet with customers, run discovery, and translate needs into agentic solutions.
- Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, and workflow design abilities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, CS, or GTM teams.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Comfort with ambiguity, iteration, and rapid experimentation.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior customer-facing experience (CS, consulting, professional services).
- Experience evaluating model performance, quality, and drift, or experience using LLM evaluation frameworks.
- Familiarity with MCP connectors or API integrations.
- Experience analyzing qualitative + quantitative datasets.
