Role Overview

We are seeking a
Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer
skilled in building AI-driven agents and integrating them with the Microsoft Power Platform. You will design, configure, and optimize copilots using triggers, actions, and data connections to support automated, conversational, and task-based workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy
    Copilot Studio agents
    with custom triggers, actions, and conversational flows.
  • Integrate Copilot with
    Power Automate
    (flows, logic, connectors).
  • Connect agents to
    Dataverse
    ,
    Power Apps
    ,
    SharePoint
    ,
    Teams
    , and external APIs.
  • Create custom actions and data-driven behaviors using system prompts, plugins, and connector calls.
  • Design automated workflows that support the copilot's decision-making and task execution.
  • Ensure solutions follow security, governance, and performance best practices.
  • Document solutions and collaborate with business users to refine use cases.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with
    Microsoft Copilot Studio
    (triggers, actions, conversational paths, plugins).
  • Strong knowledge of
    Power Automate
    and connector-based integrations.
  • Familiarity with Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and REST APIs.
  • Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, or custom connectors.
  • Power Platform or Azure certifications.
