Preference will be given to applicants with advanced education or exemplary experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment operation, public health and protection of the environment.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (Science, Technology, Engineering) or equivalent in a closely related disciplineThe ability to develop and teach undergraduate courses (theory and laboratory practice)An understanding of, and experience in, the Canadian water and wastewater systems, operations and legislation.A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.A commitment to honouring Truth, Reconciliation and Rights in PSEFluency in English (spoken and written) is required.Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems.Assets:
Masters Degree (Science, Technology, Engineering) or equivalent in a closely related disciplinePrior post-secondary education (PSE) -level teaching experience in related disciplineExperience in curriculum developmentWork experience and connections to Industry.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and commitment to efficiency and effectiveness.-
