We are looking for a
System Administrator with 3–4 years of experience
in server management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, servers and batch processing, software programming, and networking. We are seeking someone who is stable, people-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. Above all, the candidate should be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and motivated to grow professionally.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain on-premise Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, Hyper-V)

Monitor and support virtual machines hosting the File Server, IIS Application Server, and SQL Database

Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical issues for users (printers, endpoint stations, laptops, and network)

Perform system health checks and ensure uptime of core infrastructure

Design, configure, and support networking (VLANs, site-to-site VPNs, routing, Wi-Fi)

Support backups, patching, and updates for servers and workstations

Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies

Assist with client-side onboarding and technical setup at the customer site

Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing

If experienced, assist with CI/CD or maintaining cloud environments (AWS and Azure)

Optional but valued: contribute to web or backend development tasks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL)

Must-Haves

3+ years of IT experience
, ideally in a small business or managed service environment

Windows Server skills:
Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and Hyper-V management

Networking fundamentals:
VLANs, VPNs, routing, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting

SQL familiarity:
able to support, back up, and troubleshoot a SQL Server environment

Practical troubleshooting mindset:
you fix problems methodically and understand their root cause

Helpdesk experience:
you know that user issues come first, and clear communication matters

Clear communicator:
you can explain technical problems in plain language

Team-oriented mindset:
you collaborate, share knowledge, and don't insist on "your way"

Nice to Have:

Experience with
IIS
and web application deployment

Programming or scripting skills:
PowerShell, ASP, SQL queries, HTML, JavaScript, CSS

Familiarity with
M365/Intune/Entra ID
management

Azure or AWS
administration experience

Exposure to
CI/CD pipelines
or DevOps workflows
