About the Position

We are looking for a sales associate (male or female) in ready-to-wear fashion to join our dynamic team at a well-known clothing store. If you're passionate about fashion and customer service, this position is for you

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, offering advice on products and current fashion trends
  • Ensure attractive visual presentation of items in the store
  • Accurately perform cash register operations and manage financial transactions
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized sales environment
  • Assist customers with size, style, and color selections
  • Take part in stock management and regular inventory of products

Profile Required

  • Previous experience in retail sales, ideally in the fashion/apparel sector
  • Proficiency with computer tools and point of sale (POS) systems
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation, enthusiasm, and a passion for fashion

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $38,339.38-$45,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Serving It Right (preferred)
