to lead our high-performing proposals, and order entry teams. In this pivotal role, you'll shape proposal strategies that win business and streamline order processing. What will you be doing
- ?Oversee the development, coordination, and delivery of high-quality proposals in response to customer RFPs and RFIs
- .Lead proposal strategy and content development in collaboration with sales, product, development, legal, and finance teams
- .Ensure order entry processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with internal standards and customer requirements
- .Continuously improve proposal and order entry templates, tools, and workflows to reduce turnaround time and improve quality
- .Collaborate with product, development, project delivery, and support teams to understand customer use cases and product workflows
- .Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve service levels across proposals, order entry, an
- dEstablish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and continuous improvement
- .Leverage technology to improve efficiency, consistency, and cross-functional collaboration
- .Lead, mentor, and support the proposal, and order entry, teams to achieve performance and development goals
