About Us:
We are a professional and expanding organization with our Head Office located in Toronto, Ontario, and branch offices in Laval, Quebec, and Kelowna, British Columbia. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and dependable Collection Officer to join our Kelowna team. No prior experience is required—we provide full training for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact consumers with overdue accounts via phone, email, and mail
- Assist in arranging payment solutions in a respectful, solution-focused manner
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and account activity
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve account issues
- Follow company procedures and relevant regulations related to collections
Qualifications:
- No experience required—we provide full training and ongoing support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- A positive attitude and professional demeanor
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary ($40,000–$45,000) with commission opportunities
