[Location] is currently looking to fill a position of an Internet Sales Specialist.

Essential Duties:

Sales:

  • Use sales generated from Auto Alert to translate them into calls (AutoAlert data from rep).
  • Use Rapid Response (system for funneling online inquiries) to generate required closing ratio.
  • Generate sales from managing dealership's Craigslist postings.

Administration:

  • TradeRev wholesale vehicles.
  • Photograph pre-owned inventory.
  • Check in all pre-owned inventory in 180/CDK and open safety inspections.
  • Coordinate additional repairs after safety inspection including body shop repairs, windshield repair/replacement, alloy repair, dent removal, interior fabric repairs, and detail.
  • Inventory count.
  • Price stickers for all inventory.
  • Lease returns.

What we are looking for in a perfect candidate:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Financially motivated with an ambitious and outgoing attitude.
  • Effective listener and communicator.
  • Computer literate.
  • Be extremely organized
  • Pay close attention to detail
  • Be self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Valid VSA license required
