Dueck Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our dealership websites and digital marketing presence across multiple General Motors and Dueck Auto Group brands. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and passionate about optimizing the online customer experience through engaging content, accurate inventory listings, and effective digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, update, and optimize content across all dealership websites to ensure accurate inventory, promotions, and visual presentation.
  • Implement new General Motors incentives, offers, and promotional campaigns across web, email, and social media channels.
  • Create and maintain marketing visuals, graphics, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Oversee social media activity (via Hootsuite), maintaining consistent brand voice and engagement.
  • Develop and distribute email marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Monitor website performance, analytics, and SEO to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure content consistency across mobile and desktop platforms.
  • Coordinate with CRM and third-party vendors to support digital and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with ongoing and special marketing projects, including seasonal campaigns and major events.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, web administration, and content management.
  • Familiarity with automotive website platforms (e.g., E-Dealer, ) and CRM systems is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Understanding of SEO, analytics, and online retailing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or similar tools.

Logistical Requirements:

This is a full-time position at the head office located at 400 SE Marine Drive.  The position may require working extended hours, including weekends, in order to meet deadlines based on the needs of the business. Professional attire is required (business casual dress code).
