Sous la responsabilité du directeur de service, vous veillez à planifier et exécuter, avec un minimum de conseils professionnels, des missions techniques complexes sur le terrain impliquant l'installation, la modification, la révision, le dépannage, les essais, l'inspections, la réparation des disjoncteurs haute tension et autres équipements haute tension jusqu'à 800 kV. Coordonner le travail avec d'autres groupes pour s'assurer du respect des engagements habituellement pris en matière d'entretien et de mise à l'essai des équipements télécommandés.
Responsabilités:
Relever des défis complexes : mener à bien des missions complexes sur le terrain impliquant des équipements haute tension jusqu'à 800 kV.
Offrir l'excellence : Fournir des services exceptionnels en matière d'installation, d'entretien, de réparation et de mise à niveau, tant à distance que sur place.
Soutien aux clients : Anticipez et dépassez les attentes des clients grâce à votre démarche proactive.
Être un professionnel du dépannage : Identifier et résoudre les problèmes électriques ou mécaniques de manière autonome.
Stimuler la croissance de l'entreprise : repérer et développer de nouvelles occasions de vente et d'affaires.
Innover et améliorer : Suggérer des améliorations aux produits et aux processus pour stimuler les opérations et la satisfaction des clients.
Diriger avec confiance : Gérer les projets de service sur site, en fournissant une orientation et une analyse éclairée.
S'adapter et s'épanouir : Travailler selon des horaires flexibles dans des environnements variés.
Maîtrise des outils : assembler et utiliser l'équipement d'essai avancé pour les services sur le terrain.
Résolution de problèmes : Effectuer des essais, compiler des données et résoudre des problèmes opérationnels.
Veiller au respect des règlements, procédures et lignes directrices externes et internes applicables.
Qualifications:
Expertise technique : Solides compétences en mécanique et en électricité.
Formation : Formation professionnelle et expérience dans les domaines de la mécanique industrielle et de l'électricité ; un diplôme en génie électrique ou mécanique est un atout.
Expérience confirmée : Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des services techniques sur le terrain.
Connaissances pratiques : Expérience des équipements haute tension jusqu'à 800 kV.
Connaissance des essais : maîtrise des essais électriques et de la maintenance des disjoncteurs.
Expérience des services publics : Expérience de travail avec les services publics d'électricité.
Compétences en matière de leadership : Expérience de la coordination et de la direction de projets électriques.
Connaissances techniques : maîtrise de MS Office et des logiciels d'équipement d'essai.
Mobilité : Permis de conduire valide et disponibilité pour travailler aux États-Unis, au Canada et au Mexique.
Passionné de voyages : volonté de voyager (80 %).
Communication : Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français

General information:
Reporting to the Service Manager, in this role you will plan and execute, with minimal professional guidance, complex technical field assignments involving the installation, modification, overhaul, troubleshooting, test, inspection, repair of High Voltage Circuit Breakers and other High Voltage equipment up to 800kV. Coordinate work with other groups to ensure meeting commitments typically on remotely operated maintenance and testing equipment.
Responsibilities:
Tackle Complex Challenges: Execute intricate field assignments involving high voltage equipment up to 800kV.
Deliver Excellence: Provide exceptional services in installation, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, both remotely and on-site.

Qualifications:
Technical Expertise: Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
Educational Background: Trade education and experience in Industrial Mechanic and Electrical fields; a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is a plus.
Proven Experience: 5+ years in technical field service work.
Hands-On Knowledge: Experience with high voltage equipment up to 800kV.
Testing Savvy: Proficient in electrical testing and circuit breaker maintenance.
Utility Experience: Background in working with Power Utilities.
Leadership Skills: Experience in coordinating and leading electrical projects.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and test equipment software.
Mobility: Valid driver's license and ability to work in the US, Canada and Mexico.
Travel Enthusiast: Willingness to travel (80%).
Communication: Fluent in English and French
