In this role, you will:
Support beginning and end of shift Housekeeping, while maintaining appropriate housekeeping standards within asset area and organizing workstations.
Cut butts using the Semi-Auto Butt Cutter and sweep after dust clearing (blowdowns)
Be aware of fire contingency plans and equipment locations.
Corrugate Baler/Poly Baler Use
Clean up rejected product and properly recycle materials and dispose of garbage.
Participate in 4SPS, Opex, EHS, ETQ, Quality and Culture training.
Complete all assigned Regulatory Training and ensure training is kept up to date.
Assist in Roll Changes.
Use digital tools/platforms for daily ways of working
Other duties as assigned by Crew Leader, Asset/Platform Leader .

In one of our manufacturing roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
1+ years of continuous work experience.
Competent Computer Skills to work with Digital Technology Platforms and Enterprise Management Systems.
Driver's license must be in good standing.
Fit to operate mobile equipment, forklift truck.
Demonstrate a Safety mindset and behaviors.
Must be comfortable in an industrial work environment (noise, dust, moving equipment, fluctuating temperatures etc.) May include prolonged periods of sitting (on forklift), along with bending, reaching, lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs., heights and confined spaces. PPE Requirements will include safety shoes, hearing protection and other appropriate PPE as designated.
Able to work (Up to 29 Hours a Week – scheduled days will vary between Mon-Sun).
Industrial Manufacturing experience is considered an asset.

Starting Hourly Wage: $ $24.06 CAD
At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above, overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year. You'll also enjoy a full benefits package, including our Profit-Sharing plan. Please note that the stated pay rate applies to Canada locations only.
