The Food Court, which is comprised of a Pizza Hut Express, Baskin Robins and Chickn'Wich at the Howard Johnson Plaza by the Falls is currently seeking to a fill a Managerial position.

As a Food Court Manager, you will play a key role in contributing to our guest satisfaction by ensuring the highest food quality and customer service and by supervising a small team of Food Counter Attendants.

Start: 2-4 weeks

Shifts: Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to work until 2:30 am on weekends.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $22.50 to 24.00 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and guidance to team members, inclusive of on-the-job training and quality control.
  • Responsible for creating and managing all work schedules for all employees
  • Responsible for maintaining and ordering of all inventory
  • Support daily operations, including monitoring inventory levels and handling cash.
  • Lead the Food Court Team.
  • Prepare and present main meals and side orders for eat in or take-out.
  • Provide customer service to all guests, including processing transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness of restaurant.
  • Clean and maintain all food storage and preparation equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Comply with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Adhere to all Franchise Brand Standards
  • Ensure positive health and brand standard inspections

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of restaurant experience.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience required.
  • Able to stand for several hours at a time.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain positive relationships with employees and customers.
  • Ability to manage a variety of activities simultaneously.
  • Must be available to work weekends up to 2:30 am
