• Responsible for assisting warehouse functions including but not limited to: shipping receiving and inventory control with the primary responsibility of driving to and from client locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for delivery and pickup of equipment and supplies to and/or from various client locations
• Support daily distribution and processing of reports and other correspondence as directed by Manager or Warehouse Coordinator
• Assist in maintaining and update equipment and product tracking log
• Enter all receiving purchase order information and virtual shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for all assigned inventory
• Responsible for pulling inventory for order prep pre-fabrication and staging on project pallets
• Coordinate and manage the maintenance of equipment and ensure documentation of all inventoryOther duties assigned as neededSkills and Abilities
• Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
• Proficient in windows and Microsoft applications such as MS Word and Excel
• Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication and interaction with employees clients and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skillsEducation and/or Experience
• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of Warehouse or inventory experience
• Experience with UPS FedEx shipping tracking and receiving. International shipping experience is preferred
• Must be able to pass and complete internal forklift certification
• Valid Driver's License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets AVI-SPL Driving Privileges standardsWorking EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
