Position Overview
- We are seeking motivated, goal-oriented Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role involves face-to-face engagement with local business owners to promote payment and point-of-sale (POS) solutions.
- This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential — ideal for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person meetings with local business owners to promote payment and POS solutions
- Identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and close new business accounts
- Manage your assigned territory and build lasting merchant relationships
- Collaborate with mentors and sales leaders for ongoing skill development
- Maintain a professional image and uphold company standards in all interactions
Compensation
- Compensation type: 100% commission-based (no base salary or hourly wage)
- Earning potential: Based on past performance, active representatives typically earn $1,000 – $2,000+ per week, depending on individual sales results
- Payment frequency: Weekly payouts based on closed sales
- Growth: Opportunities to advance into leadership and management roles based on performance
- (This role is commission-only. Earnings depend entirely on individual sales performance. No base pay or hourly rate is provided.)
Requirements
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)
- Access to a reliable vehicle for daily travel within your territory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Sales experience is an asset but not required — training is provided
