Summary

We are seeking a dedicated multi-instrumental Instructor to join our vibrant team in Calgary, AB. As an Instructor, you will play a vital role in inspiring students and helping them achieve their musical goals while contributing to our mission of excellence in music education.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and personalized music lessons to students of diverse ages and skill levels.
  • Develop tailored lesson plans that align with students' goals and progress.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and confidence.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Organize and oversee student recitals and performance opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.

  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience teaching music or performing as a musician.
  • Strong knowledge of musical instruments or vocal techniques relevant to the role.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate students.
  • Passion for music education and student development.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Prior experience with performance preparation is a plus.
  • Certification or formal training in music instruction is preferred.
