Job Summary
Next Level Customs is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installation Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing and servicing a range of truck accessories, including lift kits, level kits, wheels and tires, light bars, rock lights, and other aftermarket components.
This role requires mechanical expertise, precision, and a strong commitment to excellence. The Installation Technician will ensure all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest professional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and inspect suspension systems, including lift kits and level kits.
- Mount, balance, and align wheels and tires for proper performance and fitment.
- Professionally install lighting systems such as light bars, rock lights, and auxiliary lighting with organized, clean wiring.
- Fit and install truck accessories including bumpers, flares, running boards, tonneau covers, and other exterior and interior upgrades.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or electrical issues related to aftermarket installations.
- Maintain accurate work documentation and uphold a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment.
- Stay informed about new products, techniques, and trends in the automotive customization industry.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as an Installation Technician, Automotive Technician, or similar role in the truck or automotive aftermarket industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in suspension and accessory installations.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Basic understanding of automotive electrical systems and wiring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
