This role is ideal for someone who has experience in Branded apparel, branded promotional products, and B2B account servicing. Experience in a print shop or signage environment is a must.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Prepare quotes and follow up with customers.
  • Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Review and inspect client files before passing to the design team.
  • Manage internal job flow to ensure smooth production.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Communicate with customers throughout every stage of their order.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for apparel, promo products, and print.
  • Support the sales team in upselling and cross-selling related services.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in custom logoed apparel (screen printing, embroidery, DTG, heat press, etc.)
  • Experience in promotional products (ASI/SAGE/PPAI knowledge is a plus)
  • B2B customer service or inside sales experience
  • Experience working in a print shop or related production environment is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills—friendly, articulate, solution-focused
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
  • Positive attitude, team player, and dependable

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$23.00 per hour
