What the Role Could Include

Up to half of this role will involve working directly with fractional CFO clients, supporting and leading client relationships, financial analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

Depending on your strengths and background, your role could include one or more of the following:

• Fractional CFO Services

– managing client relationships, preparing and presenting financial reports, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and KPIs, and providing business insight and guidance.
- Bookkeeping & Accounting

– organizing records, reconciliations, and supporting accurate client financials.
- Executive Assistance

– scheduling, communication, and keeping operations flowing smoothly.
- Technology & Systems

– improving how we use apps, integrations, and automation to streamline work.
- Digital Marketing

– helping share our story through content, email, and social platforms.
- Photography & Videography

– capturing and producing high-quality visuals to support our brand and marketing efforts.
- Content Creation & Strategy

– developing ideas, visuals, and campaigns for social media and other digital channels.
- Operations & HR

– refining processes, tracking data, and supporting workflow and team development.

We'll shape the position around your
abilities and interests.

You should also bring a solid foundation in finance or accounting and the ability to lead or directly support fractional CFO engagements.

Although training will be provided, this means being comfortable managing client relationships, analyzing financial data, and providing actionable recommendations to business owners.

A university degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, finance, business, or a related field is required, along with relevant experience in a similar capacity (e.g., controllership, financial management, or advisory).

A professional designation (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) will be considered an asset but is not mandatory.

You must be located in or near Winnipeg, Manitoba.
