Position Overview

As a full-time Content Marketing Coordinator at Pulse, you will be responsible for marketing our clients' music using Facebook and Instagram. Responsibilities will include the creative strategy behind each campaign, reviewing and providing feedback on ad visuals, launching campaigns with awareness and intent for targeted audiences, and regularly monitoring campaigns to optimize and foster the success of each individual campaign. Data provided on Meta and Spotify for Artists will need to be reviewed regularly, and ongoing knowledge of campaign progress will be required in order to report to the Accounts Manager when necessary. Your strong communication skills, and organizational abilities will contribute to the success of our clients' music and the advancement of our agency.

Duties & Responsibilities

● Task Management: Strategize, create and assign campaigns to a team of video editors, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and guidelines.

● Quality Control: Review ad creatives to confirm adherence to Meta ads guidelines, requesting revisions from the video editors when necessary.

● Ad Management: Strategize, create, launch and manage ads on Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.

● Trend Analysis: Stay up to date on current events and social media trends, developing campaign strategies that resonate strongly with target audiences.

Qualifications & Skills

● Communication: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey campaign objectives and provide constructive feedback.

● Organization: Exhibit excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and communication channels efficiently.

● Multitasking: Ability to keep track of multiple campaigns in different stages of completion is necessary to best optimize campaigns and keep the team updated on progress.

● ClickUp Proficiency: Proficiency in ClickUp is considered an asset, but not required.

● Creative Content Marketing / Music Knowledge: A deep understanding of current music, social media, and multimedia culture across a variety of genres with the ability to think creatively for ideating high-performing marketing campaigns.

● Meta Ads Manager Proficiency: Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager is a requirement.

● Video Editing Experience: Proficiency in video editing is considered an asset, but not required.

● Ability to provide personal working equipment, such as a computer and internet connection, to perform job duties.
