About the role
We're looking for a Claims Representative III to join our growing team.
What you'll do here:
- Analyze the admissibility and investigate the circumstances of a claim to determine its causes.
- Provide a fair and equitable settlement taking into consideration the company's standards and rules in effect at the location of the claim.
- Use the available tools effectively.
- Determine the subrogation potential in the files.
- Have a good management of the reserves.
- Effectively manage your office and your priorities.
What you bring to the table:
- Claims adjuster certification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the field
- Good knowledge of insurance products
- Can effectively set priorities
- Can analyze and synthesize
- Can negotiate and make decisions
- Concern for customer service
- [Bilingual (French and English)] Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country.
