Our Product, EasyTrack: A SaaS (Software) solution developed for SMEs (shop owners) that simplifies operational tracking and management. We are looking for a highly motivated team member who will deliver the value and simplicity of EasyTrack to local business owners.
Position Overview and Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity for those who want to gain practical experience in field sales and business development in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identifying and qualifying potential customers (leads).
* Learning about our product/service (EasyTrack) and effectively communicating its value to potential customers.
* Conducting customer research and analyzing new business opportunities in the market.
* Conducting face-to-face meetings and visits with shop owners to establish and maintain long-term partnerships.
* Actively managing customer relationships, promptly addressing questions and concerns to enhance satisfaction.
Desired Qualifications
This role is ideal for candidates who are ambitious, results-oriented, and see surpassing their targets as a personal achievement.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* High motivation, eager to learn and develop.
* Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.
* Mandatory knowledge of French and English for effective communication with customers.

Aperçu du Poste et Responsabilités Clés
Nous recherchons un Représentant des Ventes motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce poste est une excellente opportunité pour ceux qui souhaitent acquérir une expérience pratique dans la vente sur le terrain et le développement commercial dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
Responsabilités Clés :
* Identifier et qualifier des clients potentiels (leads).
* Se familiariser avec notre produit/service (EasyTrack) et communiquer efficacement sa valeur aux clients potentiels.
* Effectuer des recherches clients et analyser de nouvelles opportunités commerciales sur le marché.
* Mener des entretiens et des visites en personne avec les propriétaires de magasins pour établir et maintenir des partenariats à long terme.
* Gérer activement les relations clients, répondre rapidement aux questions et préoccupations pour améliorer la satisfaction.

* Solides compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles.
