We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Coquitlam.
In this important front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients—setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience from start to finish. You'll help keep the clinic running smoothly, support our clinical team, and play a key role in delivering excellent care.
What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming patients and helping them navigate their care journey with friendly, high quality service standards
- Coordinating appointments, managing referrals, and providing administrative support
- Educating patients on sleep therapy assessments, support and equipment
- Handling insurance claims, payments, and billing
- Supporting sales of therapy products and resupply
- Contributing to a clean, organized, and well-functioning clinic environment
- Acting as a role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values
What you bring:
- A passion for people and exceptional customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and a quick learner who thrives in a busy clinic
- A team-first mindset and a solutions-focused approach
- Previous experience in healthcare, administration, or customer service
- Comfort with digital tools, including attention to detail and accuracy in EMR systems, documentation and virtual care (training provided)
- Bonus points for additional languages
