We are looking for a Receptionist to join BrokerLink and work out of our Grande Prairie branch in our Albert region on a Permanent PT Basis.

What the Role Entails:

  • Direct client inquiries
  • Control the flow of walk-in customers
  • Ensure the needs of customers are being met through superior customer service
  • Process customer payments, bank deposits, and account coding
  • Print and mail out documents are requested
  • Monitor and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and couriers
  • Take on special task as requested
  • Promote the use of company digital tools, including Intact Client Centre and BrokerLink Connect.
  • Encourage clients to provide feedback through Satmetrix surveys and Google Reviews to support continuous improvement and client satisfaction initiatives.

The Successful candidate will have:

  • High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
  • 1-5 years' experience in an office environment
  • Computer skills - Keyboarding and MS Office
  • Strong customer focus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exposure to Epic is an asset
  • Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
  • Priority will be given to the candidate with previous experience working in a brokerage or insurance industry
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and credit check
  • Willing to obtain Level 1 General Insurance license within 30 days of start date
