Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various production tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities, but is not limited to:

  • Fabricate, package, and sanitate products according to company standards
  • Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
  • Perform basic math calculations for measurements and quantities
  • Clean the production lines, other process areas or other parts of the facility in order to maintain sanitation standards.
  • Other duties as assigned by our Production Manager or supervisor

Experience:

  • Prior experience in food processing or related industry preferred
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
  • Experience with sanitizing equipment and work areas

Skill requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and multitask.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to troubleshoot and problem solve.
  • Ability to adapt to high pressure situations.
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Able to lift up to 25 kg
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Detail oriented
  • Strongly motivated and shows initiative
