Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accurate account reconciliation, and supporting various accounting functions using industry-standard software. Duties

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and others.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to ensure data integrity.
  • Conduct regular account reconciliation activities to verify accuracy of financial data.
  • Assist with budgeting, auditing, and financial planning activities.
  • Support payroll processing and related financial services.
  • Maintain detailed bookkeeping records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or areas for cost savings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting workflows and improve reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and account analysis.
  • Experience in corporate finance, auditing, payroll processing, and budgeting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in account reconciliation and financial statement preparation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred; professional certification such as CPA is a plus. This position offers an engaging work environment where your expertise in accounting will directly impact the success of our organization's financial operations.
