Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and returns.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and find satisfactory resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Support retail operations by performing cashier duties and managing point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training & development initiatives for new hires and ongoing staff education.
  • Assist in merchandising efforts to ensure an appealing.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Experience in recruiting, training & development, or supervising teams is advantageous.
  • Proficient organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and pricing inquiries.
