Job Description
$20M+ Manufacturing Company seeking talented Orthopedic Machinist/CNC Programmer for their manufacturing operation. Experienced CNC Programmer who possesses the experience to monitor quality by, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming control while adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes. The programmer is responsible for first time set up and stepping through the program. Must be proficient in the medical field, specifically in the Orthopedic, Spine Implants, and instrumentation i.e. Cages etc.

This company was a turnaround operation, and has become profitable. New leadership has created a winning team and the company is at an exciting junction in their growth and prospects.

This position can grow into a management position over time

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Must have 3+ years experience as CNC Programmer/Machinist at a Orthopedic applications
  • Ability to communicate and work well with others, work with minimal supervision, ability to set priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
  • Leadership potential to develop into a Manager Position
