Overview

Drake Medox College, a fully accredited healthcare career college, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrative Services Coordinator. This full-time role supports both our Vancouver and Surrey campuses and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

As the first point of contact for students and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. We're looking for someone who is polished in appearance, articulate in communication, and genuinely enjoys helping others.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist campus visitors and respond to inbound calls
  • Provide support for student services activities
  • Perform general office administration duties, like data entry and document filing
  • Inventory management including ordering, receiving, moving and organizing all supply shipments such as textbooks and uniforms

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in an administrative or customer service role, or a combination of relevant education and experience
  • Proven ability to manage a demanding workload and meet multiple deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel at intermediate level)
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to engage with a diverse student population
  • Ability to lift and move boxes of supplies, such as textbooks
