About Our Team
We focus on advancing processes and products involving valuable resources like precious metals, enabling applications in artistry, industry, and beyond. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Identify and resolve operational challenges, collaborating with maintenance teams or external partners to implement effective solutions.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of key processes, including material preparation, thermal processing, refinement, environmental treatment, and quality assessment, providing support where needed.
- Assist in handling various types of materials for processing.
- Conduct experimental trials to optimize methods.
- Oversee resource balances in refinement operations.
- Lead initiatives for process enhancements in material handling and refinement.
- Prepare proposals, manage budgets, and oversee the introduction of new equipment.
- Address partner concerns by initiating reviews and communicating findings to relevant teams.
- Participate in safety assessments and hazard analyses to promote well-being.
- Provide coverage for essential roles in processing areas, such as coordination, analysis, and operations.
- Comply with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, including proper use of protective gear.
- Ensure team members adhere to safety protocols and support joint health and safety efforts, operating equipment in line with regulations.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support inclusive and efficient operations.

Qualifications and Skills
To thrive in this position, you possess:
- A bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a chemical or manufacturing environment (or equivalent relevant expertise).
- Solid communication and organizational abilities.
- Practical mechanical aptitude.
- Training in health and safety practices is an advantage.
- Capability to work safely in warm conditions while meeting timelines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with computer applications.
- Effective verbal and written communication for regular updates.
- Knowledge of fluid systems, such as pumps.
- Familiarity with safety standards like workplace hazardous materials information.
