Job Summary

Newly Opening Physiotherapy clinic Recover Physio Rehab and Alternative Services located at 2304 Eglinton Avenue East. Looking for Practitioners to be part of an amazing team.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk
  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls as needed
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Microsoft Office and Universal scheduling system.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other office software
  • Handle filing, document organization, and record keeping with attention to detail
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading and typing.
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information
  • Manage correspondence via email and other communication channels
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Good standing with their respective Colleges.
  • Able to perform thorough assessments, reassessments and treatment plans accordingly.
  • Able to write a thorough documentation in each patient interaction according to College standard.
  • Knowledge of Worker's Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) documentation e.g Programs of Care, Initial assessment, Midpoint report, Care and Outcomes Summary and Supplemetary Report. (for Physiotherapist and Chiropractor)
  • Knowledge of Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) injury claims forms e.g. OCF 1, OCF 18, OCF 23, OCF 24. (for Physiotherapist and Chiropractor)
  • Able to coordinate with Case Managers, Adjudicators in promoting patient's injuries. (for Physiotherapist and Chiropractor)
  • Able to assist patients with braces and suports needs.
  • Able to work well with other healthcare providers.
  • Able to determine patient needs and refer to appropriate practitioner in the team.
  • Has good time management skills.
  • Able to work well in stressful environment.
  • Has good communication skills.
  • In good standing with insurance companies.
  • Able to make one blog regarding education, awareness for patients every 6 weeks. This blog will be posted in company facebook, tiktok and instagram.

Clinic admin benefits

The clinic will provide administrative and billing support. The billing records will be available to you at your request. Billing is mostly done through direct billing through private insurance companies, WSIB and MVA insurance companies.

  • Physiotherapist- Monday, Wednesday and Friday
  • Chiropractor- Monday Wednesday and Friday
  • Osteopath- Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
  • Registered Massage Therapist- Tuesday and Thursday
  • Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner- Monday, Wednesday and Friday
  • Chiropodist- Saturdays

Wage

  • Per patient commision based. Build your clientele through good patient care, excellent patient rapport and effective treatment skills. Split Commission.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75.00-$120.00 per hour
