SpringRoots Early Learning and Childcare Centre on Fredericton's Northside is looking for a honest, positive, nurturing, and enthusiastic educator to add to our Infant team. An ECE or BEd is required.. The starting wage for qualified applicants is between $18.91-$25.91/hr.

This is for a year-long contract with the possibility to extension. Duties of the position will include consistent attendance punctuality, planning, and implementing meaningful programming in line with the NB Curriculum Framework.

We value open ended learning opportunities (invitations) following the lead of the children in your care, and are seeking applicants who can maintain a child led and play-based learning environment. You will be responsible for meeting the physical, emotional, and educational needs of the children in your care.

We expect our staff to maintain a positive and welcoming attitude each day with children, staff, and parents. You will also be responsible for general classroom management and cleaning procedures.

Necessary qualifications include:

ECE certificate or BEd

Valid First Aid and CPR C certificate

Current Criminal and SD Checks

2-3 professional references
