Job Summary

The Site Superintendent plays a critical role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires a strong leader who can manage on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in construction management and demonstrate proficiency in various construction management software tools.

Duties

  • Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Review blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and requirements.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting costs effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to ensure alignment on project goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum (5) years experience as Site Superintendent in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure project accuracy and efficiency. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of our construction projects while fostering a safe and productive work environment.
  • Must have own vehicle.
