Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality lash services including:
  • Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume extensions
  • Lash lifts and tints
  • Lash removal and fills
  • Ensure client satisfaction, safety, and retention through excellent technique and service
  • Maintain hygiene and sanitation of the treatment area and tools
  • Manage your own schedule and client communications
  • Track client records, manage appointments, and process payments
  • Optionally, offer lash training or mentorship services if qualified

Qualifications:

  • You are a certified practitioner of the services that you provide
  • You have or will attain professional liability insurance
  • You have a strong understanding of safety protocols for services that your are certified to provide
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are able to work independently and manage your own business operations
